Appeals

After litigating a matter through a trial, or getting a decision on a motion, you may come away believing the judge made a mistake or the outcome just wasn't equitable. Sometimes to protect your interests and your rights, an appeal is necessary to the Appellate Division. Or maybe you need to defend against an appeal filed against you. It is critical that your appellate attorney pay meticulous attention to detail, is well-versed in the law, and can present compelling and well-written arguments. I can help with appeals regarding divorce, post-judgment enforcements or modifications, motion practice, child custody, maintenance, or child support.
